Anonymous If the home is about to be foreclosed, the auction is the final step of foreclosure when the lender buys back the property. The home owner has possession of the foreclosure property until it goes to the auction.

You will have to contact the home owner directly if you wish to buy the home. | Answered th, 2010

Anonymous Try to get in touch with the owner. The home owner is the only person who can sell the foreclosure home before it goes to auction, unless it's in the courts or a trust. | Answered th, 2010
